Crash Course Coverage SMS Program

Program description

The Crash Course Coverage SMS Program includes two separate, optional categories: account notifications related to your subscription, and recurring marketing messages about Crash Course Coverage guides, tools, and website resources. Each category requires its own consent.

The program does not send quotes, applications, eligibility decisions, agent outreach, provider matching, referrals, sales calls, financing offers, appointment requests, or partner marketing. No messages of that kind are part of this program.

Message categories

• Account Notifications: I agree to receive account notifications text messages from Crash Course Coverage related to my subscription, such as guide delivery, content access updates, opt-in confirmations, opt-out confirmations, and replies to HELP requests, sent to the mobile number I provided. Message frequency varies based on account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase. Crash Course Coverage does not sell, share, or transfer phone numbers or consent data to insurance carriers, agents, brokers, lead aggregators, or third-party marketers. Opt-in method

You opt in by visiting the subscribe page, entering a valid mobile number, and checking the consent box for each category you want. Every box is unchecked by default and each category is authorized separately. A phone number by itself is never treated as consent, and accepting the Terms of Use is never treated as consent. When you submit, we record the phone number, the categories selected, the consent timestamp, the page you submitted from, the disclosure version shown to you, your user agent, and the request IP address.

Your first message will identify Crash Course Coverage and match the category you selected.

• Marketing: generally up to 4 messages per month.

Msg & data rates may apply. Message and data charges are set by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility.

Opting out with STOP

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. After you send STOP, Crash Course Coverage sends a single confirmation and stops sending further messages for that category. To start again, opt in again on the subscribe page.

Eligibility

The SMS program is available to United States mobile numbers. You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Information collected through the SMS Program is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Mobile opt-in data

Mobile opt-in data, SMS consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be sold, shared, rented, released, or transferred to third parties for marketing, lead generation, or promotional purposes.

Changes to these SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms. The effective date above shows when the current version took effect. Material changes to what the program sends will be reflected here before they take effect.
